Dear friends!
The first round of the 1st Sound of Mountains International Competition for Young Composers has come to an end.
The jury has chosen five best for the final round of the competition. We thank all participants for their participation and for sending their compositions. The jury highly appreciated the level of the submitted works.
The final concert will take place on 25 September 2021 at 19.00 in St. Petersburg at the Jaani Kirik Concert Hall. The works will be performed by the Concert Orchestra of the St. Petersburg State Conservatory conducted by Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation Alexey Vasiliev. At the end of the concert the jury will select the laureates and the winner of the competition. We invite all participants of the competition to visit the concert in person.
